Aysegul Turker Zanette was born in Frankfurt, Germany. She received her degree at the University of Istanbul, and then worked as an interpreter: Turkish-Italian, Turkish-Japanese.
She began her writing career in Istanbul in 1996, when she conducted a well-known radio programme, “The Dream Train”.
She lives in Pordenone, Italy.
“La Leggenda del Borgo” is her first novel.
